“Prior to working with Azul, I had no sense of direction for myself in regard to my physical health and relationship with food. I would seek information from unreliable sources, I vacillated between motivated and completely checked out, and I wasn't really sure what I wanted for myself. During the Covid lockdowns, I found myself barely moving my body and relying on take-out consistently. A friend of mine sent me Azul’s website and Instagram which ultimately led to me seeking her support and since then I’ve had multiple breakthroughs. For one, I have never worked out consistently in my life, and now for the last year and a half, I have worked out multiple times per week. I've begun thinking about and exploring different ways to move my body that I can actually enjoy. I've begun cooking for myself and paying attention to building balanced meals. I've begun eating breakfast and actually feeding myself through the day rather than wondering why I'm feeling famished and resorting to buying food that often left me feeling uncomfortable with my body and low on energy. I've begun to pay attention and make a note of my hunger cues, something I have never done before. I've begun shifting the language and my thoughts around building habits and working towards goals. I've decreased the amount of negative self-talk surrounding my body image. I've built strength and stamina. It has become clear that our relationship with our bodies is at the core of everything we do and how we make choices every day."

What people are saying

"Azul's program is greatly effective in the way that she presents the material and shows up as a genuine person sharing her similar struggles and tools she has found to be useful. I loved how she was able to reframe common struggles into compassionate inquiries. I also loved all the work on compassionate inquiries and reframing your experiences for a more harmonious relationship to self and body. Much of what was discussed was extremely useful for everyday life, as nourishing your body is a daily task that many people struggle with. I found the lesson on reframing the concept calories into energy as a very useful tool. The program exceeded my expectations in many ways - especially because Azul made the lessons so personable and easy to internalize. I feel like I hear Azul's encouraging voice when preparing food in the mornings now! I even started listening to some of her podcast episodes when I have the chance, so I'm very happy to be apart of the becoming her email chain. I’ve already recommend this course to all my clients and friends!"

- Sasa

“I loved this program! It focuses heavily on positive thinking rather than just basing it on fitness alone which was really helpful. Before joining, I struggled with not being consistent, I wanted to have a healthy, consistent lifestyle instead of going through waves of it. Azul held me accountable without making me feel guilty if I didn’t meet my goal for the week, she just worked through it with me. The biggest takeaway is that I now give myself grace instead of being so negative and I find times to workout that work for me and my schedule. I even look for different ways to be active so I’m moving much more now and it feels great! It’s also helped me eat well consistently which was another obstacle for me. I would 100% recommend this program to anyone who’s struggling with being consistent with their healthy habits!”

- Monique

“Azul helped me to understand more than just a “diet,” she helped me understand how important it is to have a positive relationship with food and myself. She taught me how to listen and get in tune with my how my body to understand what works best for me rather than what is easiest. She taught me that fitness isn’t an end goal but a life long relationship we can choose to love and enjoy.”

Hi! I'm Azul.

Health and Fitness Coach + Self Improvement Junkie

My mission is to help change the way women approach fitness and nutrition and guide them to embody self-love and self-compassion as the foundation for true well-being - where exercising and eating well become acts of self-care to cultivate empowerment and true confidence.

I created this course after years of experiencing a lot of what you're going through (read my full story here). I was so freaking fed up with how I was treating myself . Something within in me ached for love and compassion. So I dove head first into any podcast, article, book, documentary, video, therapy, etc. that I could find. It took me years to finally get to where I am now. The healthiest and happiest I've ever been. Nourishing myself well without the dieting, self-loathing and obsession. Exercising in ways that truly make me feel good and therefore I've been the most consistent ever. Most importantly, feeling safe and loved within the most important relationship I'll ever have, the one with myself.

That's why I created this course, to help you improve your relationship with food, fitness, and your body so you can start living your best and healthiest life. I took everything I learned, and everything I've taught my clients over the years, wrapped it up and put a bow on it, just for you.

Course Syllabus

What is the transformation worth to you?

Imagine waking up and not hating who you see in the mirror. Going through your day without the thought of food constantly on your mind. Imagine no longer obsessing about your weight or what you can or can't eat. Feeling confident and strong (mentally and physically) because you've been exercising consistently, and enjoying it. Imagine what life could be like if you weren't constantly at war with the voice inside your head, but rather, on the same team.

That's what's possible for you.

"I cannot believe what this program has done for me, I don't ask for help. I suffer in silence I'll figure it out on my own because to everyone around me I am the strong one I am the one that has it all together, they saw me as someone that health and fitness comes easy too. So the fact that I reached out and asked for help was the absolute biggest step I could take. And I have told so many women about this program and how they should love their body no matter what it looks like because of what that body can do!  This is how I feel now and I never in my life thought I could get to this point.

Before this program I was very stressed all the time, extremely negative self talk. Never diagnosed but I feel as though I may have had body dysmorphia, and I had always struggled with eating habits (not enough) or constantly counting and determining what I needed to do in a workout in order to work it all off. I was not eating for fuel I was eating for survival. And my poor sleep hygiene. I honestly was kinda skeptical to join as I figured I was too broken to break the cycle of negative self talk.

My body is literally the exact same as it was in June when I started, but the way I look at myself is completely different. What helped me most was learning about the positive self talk and committing to practicing it. All of the food lessons were great I learned a ton. I loved the exercises as well. Also one thing that has helped me a ton was the meditation app that the program recommends, I use it on restless nights when I can't sleep and if I am feeling anxious it was been a game changer. I'm starting to use it for mediation as well something I never thought I would do.

I would recommend this program to everyone. It’s helped me immensely!!! The negative self talk and image I had of myself is gone... even going shopping I’m actually buying clothes that fit jeans size 26 I was always buying a 28/29 because I didn't think I could possibly fit in those (and my body is the same since June) size small in shirts... I really have no idea why I was always buying clothes that were too big on me. I have always been a confident person but it is literally insane how much better I feel, it's like the heavy burden is gone and I'm just light!

If you’re thinking about joining. Day by day you will start to see a change."
